Wonderful Woking and Thame Food Festivals... And Future Events!
I have loved doing the Food Festivals this year; getting out and meeting people who are passionate about food. What better way to spend the day! This year I was delighted to be invited to both Woking and Thame Food Festivals.

Woking is only 30 minutes from me by train and I have to say even if I am not presenting I will visit the festival again. It's jam packed with loads of stalls and a really great demonstration stage. I got to meet Antonio Carluccio! I was a bit star struck and forgot to ask for a pic but you can see him on stage working with the fantastic Clink charity for rehabilitating prisoners.
I also met with some great old friends by sheer chance. MasterChef is certainly opening lots of doors to the new and the old.

Thame is a really a fabulous day out when thousands of people flock to the town to see Food Demos and just eat and drink all day. I think this year in excess of 26,000 people went which is simply amazing. That makes it the largest free food festival in the country.
I met Natalie Coleman which was wonderful and lots of other amazing people... You might recognise a few faces. Thanks to Lotte Duncan and everyone involved.
I demonstrated my Stuffed Chicken Breast with Soft Cheese, Herbs and Parma Ham...
