My Christmas Cocktail

Serves 4 - 6


1 tub of lemon sorbet


1 Bottle ice cold Prosecco


  1. Take the sorbet out of the freezer, and combine with the vodka using a hand blender or food processor. I add the vodka to my taste.                                                                                       

  2. Try to keep the sorbet still in its iced form.                                    

  3. Put a heaped tablespoon of the sorbet and vodka mixture into a cocktail glass and top with Prosecco. Serve immediately! Enjoy immediately too... 

Jane says...You could also try a combination of orange sorbet mixed with Cointreau instead of the vodka.

I love this festive cocktail. It’s very easy and real fun to make. I do tend to throw it together. So, this is just a very rough guide which you can adjust to suit your taste.
